There's something about colour that realy touches you or moves you beyond matter. Why is that blue skies puts us in harmony, yet dark ones leaves us in chaos? Many would argue the opposite, but really, we are talking about positive emotions. Perhaps that is why colours have no prejudices, they are everywhere so that you may be in tune with them whatever the object or objective is.

Without getting spiritual, let's say it is another metaphysical principle when it comes to art, and life itself. We are bound to certain images with colours. A reflection of your emotions? Of whom you are?
